I had to used my 'other' account just to make this enquiry. I have sent off a ticket for the correct address to which I constatnly recieve the advertising and reminders and I used those links to try and come across but it still wont let me log in that way either.

I should not have to sign up again if I am sent emails for an already open account, and yes. The error there is the address is already in your system and I should 'recover' it which I do NOT get the recovery email. I have not blocked or have any auto filtering for AVG.
And I just noticed in trying to log into this forum that I can NOT use my Facebook log in via the AVG Australian (.au) path.
The issue is I am not getting the recovery email to the registered accounts email address.

I have not been able to log in to my account for a long time now. I request the email and it has NEVER arrived. Help! I want to upgrade and add mobile protection but I wont until I can access my account. I have requested help via the support forms and NO help. I have posted on AVG Facebook only to be redirected to the forms I only have a few days of service left. I can not afford to call the number as it costs me $$ per MINUTE! HELP!
