I have been using AVG services on probation. Although no purchase had been done I was billed with
€ 49.99. Demands for refund were neglected with shady answers: could not find your data…, we offer a discount on product x…, we have removed your address from our files …and similar convincing statements.
However, they never forgot to confirm how much they were concerned and how they would really want to help.
My impression: crooks
