Quarantine files stuck

Newest version of AVG Ultimate has been a disaster, after the silent update on my windows 10 pro system the next pc boot up crashed the Win 10 Pro operating system had to re install a real pain, files lost since last back up and so on.  Re installed AVG Ultimate  and the new 17.1.3006 version is running but fill of bugs. Most serious now is false detection of of standard know good files from programs (install cd's) and vendors. With this new version AVG has really dummed this down and there are just about NO options or choices to reject or accept detectors and just about all other options with firewall and other modules are gone.  

So here is my BIG problem, I have files "stuck" in quarantine and can not restore, send, extract or anything... nothing works, not frozen just not working at all... this version sad to say is a HUGE disappointment and not working like it was never even tested on Win 10 Pro or ??? .

Any ideas? 
Thanks for your suggestion, I was amazed to get your reply as when I tried to post here I got an error message page from this formum stating that my message did not post because I did not have "correct privledge / level rights to post to forum" 

John, There appears to be a bug within the forum posting. Hope you're successful when you engage with the AVG remote support.
