Windows 10 or 11
I've been working with Fidelity for many years and their tech support was not able to help me with an issue. The tech guy said I need to get into the quarantine and ask AVG for an exception to the item that the Quarantine caught.

Question #1 Where the hell do I find the goddamn Quarantine file?
Question #2 Should I delete whatever is causing this problem even though there's no bugs found through AVG scans.
And bonus question I bought this new HP back in November and AVG charged me for a new year without giving me a credit for the subscription I currently hava/had which expires in May this year.
