I recently tried to renew my 3 year contract for up to 10 devices for the ultra package. From approximately 1st December 2022 I was being asked to renew my membership even though it was not due to expire until 19th December 2022. Each day I would get offers of reductions in new prices the package I would be interested in from about £149.00
I held out to a few days before renewal date and then the incredible offer of about £44.00 was offered which I clicked on to accept.
Well I don’t know what happened but 2 of payments of £52.49 and £94.49 being a total of £146.98 was taken from my bank account but I only seem to have purchased one year’s cover. I don’t know to contact to discuss this because I am only interested in a 3 years cover as per my last renewal and I don’t want to pay what has been taken from my account. It so complex to know who to contact can anyone advise how I should proceed please.
