Question about setting

I noticed there's a new setting in troubleshooting section, called "Block vulnerable kernel drivers"
User-added image

It seems as tough it should be enable by default, yet it isn't, and I believe it was added with a recent update. I'm not sure if I should turn it on, the description states it prevents unsecure drivers from being loaded. It depends on what avg thinks are unsecure drivers. Let's say I'm using an old laptop and I turn on this option. Will it block my video card or sound drivers? Because the consequences can be annoying.

Hello Andrea,
Thank you for contacting AVG Community Support.
We regret the inconvenience caused.
We'd like to clarify you that if the driver is in a state of vulnerability then it'll show as unsafe/block.
No, It will not block all your drivers but if its vulnerable.
Let us know if you've any queries and we'd be happy to assist you.
Thank you.

Thank you for the provided answer. Which are the criteria avg chooses the said drivers? Will it straight up block them, or ask if I want to block them, in order to avoid false positives?
