I have some questions about AVG Zen Behavior:
1- What happens when you ask from AVG Zen, a remote scan of a device that is currently offline? It will start the scan on remote device when it becomes online? Or it will not scan at all?
2- If the user turns off a computer that I have started a remote scan from AVG Zen, when the computer turns on again, it will keep doing the scan? Or it will alert my AVG Zen that the scan failed?
3- I made a scan on a device, it found 5 threats and AVG automatically removed it as I configured it. However in AVG Zen it says that this device scan "No threats were found". Is it normal? It seems that AVG Zen only warns me about a detection in a scan, when the scan is not defined to automatically remove the threat. Is this expectated?
4- I have installed AVG Free for windows in all my devices. However for all of them, AVG Zen displays the instalations as AVG internet security. Is it a bug? Or this behavior is by design?

1 The request for scan is queued at cloud so the scan will be started once the pc is back online.
2 No, Scan will be interrupted by shutdown, and there is no error message to AVG Zen.
3 We tested this issue and it behave different in our testing environment, number of found threats was always transferred.
4 It might be caused by fact that you have first trial version and after that it is downgraded to free.
