Quick Tune hangs at 23%

When I run Quick Tune, the registry scan hangs at 23% for many minutes.  I am on Windows 10.  Is there a fix/patch/work-around?

Just ran the update, shows up to date.  I should say I am running it from AVG AntiVirus FREE.
