NO QUIERO COMPRAR AVG SECURITY DESVINCULEN MI TARJETA

Hola, me inscribí hace poco a la suscripción a AVG Internet Security que ofrecen GRATIS, pero ya no quiero continuar, sin embargo me han llegado correos de mi cuenta MATCH diciéndome que el intento por cobrar $20.575 fue rechazado por la tarjeta.

Yo en esa tarjeta no manejo dinero, sólo coloco dinero cuando estoy interesado en comprar algo. Pero NO quiero comprar la licencia AVG.

NECESITO QUE ELIMINEN EL COBRO A MI TARJETA LO ANTES POSIBLE.
