I only noticed today that money has been extracted from my account from AVG without me paying for anything?? I had to search through numerous email accounts to find anything relating to AVG which was linked to my old computer which I no longer use. Considering I don’t use neither this email or laptop it’s surely not fair I’m getting charged?! Am I eligible to claim a refund since this was a genuine mistake and not of any use to me at all. While I do understand it was my fault, I was not aware that I had signed up for anything that wasn’t free.
