Good evening! I've been Googling, but I can't find anything about this. Sometimes I randomly see my tabs refreshing, and I see "rclick.site" in the url appearing and then changing back to the original URL (it refreshed). I don't believe I have any Chrome extensions active that are causing this (been using the same ones for ages), and it's definitely related to Chrome, since I also get this issue on another computer.
Just now AVG finally gave me a warning:

What is this and how do I get rid of it?

Initially, please ensure that the AVG program has the latest patches applied to it.
Open AVG program - click on refresh icon beside virus definitions, at bottom left corner corner - Restart computer after successful update & check.
If issue persists, please reset your Chrome browser once & let us know if it helps.
