RDP problem and no responding password

From your message, we are not sure which password prompt are you getting while trying to open settings. Could you please share us the screenshot of it?

I have a RDP problem and I try to open settings in AVG Ultimate AVG Internet security to change /remove the IP adresses I do not want.
My correct password will not respond to open the settings so I can not change anything.
The danger is still there someone can read all my information on my computer.
Please respond so I can make the important changes to prvent this.
