I have put a question on here twice over about a month ago and have not had a reply. They usually send an email with the info in it but I haven’t had one. I wanted to know if all my subscriptions (about six) are activated because AVG tells me that some aren’t and asking me to activate as they are paid for. I thought I had done the last one asked for ie: AVG Security. I put the Licence No in and clicked but It doesn’t seem to be showing it activated, only subscribed to. I have most of them coming up for renewal after Christmas and the cost is automatically taken out which I would like to stop doing now really.
Back in the past I have done remote checks which I know you are not supposed to do but I’ve never had any trouble from AVG with it. I thought they would do that this time to check what is activated as I thought they all were. Don’ t ask me to do a screen shot because I don’t know how to do one and usually I can’t find some of the buttons on my comp that you say to click on. Hope to get a reply from someone soon.
