Hi
Thanks for the emails (avg staff)
I have had a friend help me to do a screenshop, but I have tried the links of both your emails to download the screenshot too and they don't work im afraid.
I get HP404 Webpage not found ??

I am pressing the correct links and followed the instructions on your info to the letter.
Any ideas what to do please?

Im thinking that I don't have this virus cos I can get into all my files? I don't want to waste your time
