Dear AVG,
You have kindly be guiding me through a problem of my email and firewall being inactive. I have managed to remove it while in safe mode as advised. I then have attempted to re-install and have been asked for a licence key which I no longer have a record for. Also it mentioned that as I was installing in safe mode I would not get the same level of protection. Please can you help?
