Re-installing TU2014

Hello Komal, thank you for your reply, although I'm not sure if you have fully read my latest post.

The reinstalling has been a partial success, with the only difference that the license number is accepted. As for the rest, the problem continue to exist… and to answer your last question, please read my previous post where I say exactly what happens.

regards Mark

Hello AVG,
I'm having problems re-installing TuneUp Utilities 2014. The reason for re-installing the program is because 1-Click Maintenance has started to crash repeatedly at the same point, i.e. during Defragmenting Registry, during User 2.
I have followed the instructions to uninstall TU2014 and have used the programs that AVG has recommended. (Windows Install Clean-Up & TuneUp Remover)
Despite of this all my license number is regarded as unvalid, which it isn´t.
I have purchased the TU2014 through Cleverbridge on 10DEC2013 and my license number is XXXXX-XXXXX -XXXXX-XXXXX-RQDA6-KN3QQ.
Worse of all that AVG doesn't recognize the e-mail address through wihich I bought the license.

Would any of you have a suggestion? The AVG support pages lead to me in circles and I'm not getting anywhere.

regards Mark van der Willigen
