Reactivate my AVG Internet Security

We have sent the renewal notification to your email address only on 2017-09-28. If you receive an email regarding automatic renewal of your subscription, please ignore it.

I have paid for renewal of my AVG Internet Security and have reactivated it per instructions. Why do I still get emails telling me to reactivate it.

I was not receiving more emails for automatic renewal of subscription, I received emails on 10/28 confirming my subscription was renewed and instructions on activating; on 11/3 reminding me to activate my subscription; on 11/11 again reminding me (with more urgency) to activate my subscription, I had reactivated the subscription not along after I received the 10/28 email. I keep going back in and "reactivated" it again. So I am just going to assume everything is up to date and ignore anymore reactivation emails.

Thank you for the information, Judy. Please open AVG program installed on your PC and check if all the components are activated and protected. Also, please go to Menu > About > Subscription and check the expiry date (Exp date is 11/12/2018). If everything is okay then your program is activated successfully.
