I received an email to activate my license and the when I followed the instructions to activate I was not given an option to reactivate reactivate in the support menu.  Please help me.  Thanks.

Activating your license is an important step and can be done quickly and easily right now:
 
 
 How to activate your license

 Open AVG.

 Click on Support in the top menu, then Reactivate.

 Enter your license number and select Activate.
