We'll certainly help with activating AVG on your Android device. When you click on three dots -> Remove ads, do you see 'Enter voucher code' option? If you do, click that option to enter the AVG Ultimate activation code that you received in the order confirmation email.

I just renewed my Ultima service. When I first got Ultima I installed AVG on my phone successfuly and have used it for the last year. However after renewal my phone shows I have the free version. I can log in to my AVG on my phone but see no way to reactivate Ultima. When logged in I see can click on download from Android but this takes me to Google play store and asks me to purchase what I already have. I also clicked on Remove Ads and clicked on the 3 menu bars upper left but the Log In option does not show.
Please resend my voucher code. My email provider permanently deleted your order confirmation email.
