Read only email attachments

Hello Tami,

Let's have a look into this together.
By default, the attachments in the e-mail would be in read only mode and it might be related to that settings.
Did you disable AVG temporarily and verify the status? To do so,  right click on AVG icon under system tray next to clock, click on toggle bar to disable AVG temporarily and check if that fixes the issue.
