Received a bill for $179.00 but according to AVG I have no subscription (and I don't want/need one)

I don't use AVG, I have no use for AVG and yes, once upon a time I may have bought a subscription, but by your own records I don't have one now, so why would you be renewing something I don't have?  Please investigate and get back to me asap, and assure me that you will not be putting this charge through.
