I have received a bank statement of 708.74 TL from AVG. Although I have unsubscribed my account last year still it is active. will you please help me to solve this problem.
Hamid, we checked and the charges of $117.99 was succesfuly refunded to your Visa card on September 15, 2019 from our end.
This should have reflected in your bank statement. Please contact your bank and inquire about the refund status. Thank you.

thanks for your prompt reply. Yes, I refer to this charge and well, as a matter of fact, I would like to unsubscribe. and refund it. For your information, as far as I remember I did unsubscribe before termination of my account.
