Receiving messages from http://zdqnyf.com asking to update LAVA.PC hangs during download.Problem persiste even after insalling AVBG trial version

I am still receiving such malicious message.Once I receive it, it does not allow me to proceed further.If I say yes for the download, the system hangs.If I say no also, the system hangs.My PC is having the latest JAVA(downloaded) and it require3s no updation now.Even after uninstalling the JAVA installed programme, the message is flashed on the screen whenever the browser is opened.I have herewith enclosed the screensyhot as suggested.User-added image
