I just wanted to check that I am paying for what I actually use and not being double-billed. I had an email notifying me that my subscription was up for renewal and would be charged on the 8th. I assumed this was for Breachguard, as shown in My Subscriptions. However, my account was debited on the 10th, which is the date for renewal of my VPN, according to My Orders (it's not shown on My Subscriptions). I've also had a couple of other payments taken by you recently, even though my other subscriptions are not due for renewal until March and August. Please can you check and email me?
