Hi I contacted you back in April because a payment had been deducted from my 76 year old mothers account.  I was assured by you that my mother had no account with you and that the payment deducted was not taken by yourself,
i have contacted her bank who have looked into this with their fraud team  and we have been advised that this was a payment that you took because my mother has an agreement with you.
My mother has suspected Parkinson's disease and no longer remembers her name most of the time let alone how to work the desktop… If you have an ccount this needs to be cancelled immediatly. I have wasted so much time ringing banks and chasing this. if you do not have an account i need to go back to the fraud team today.
