Recurrent BSOD/Support Failure

I have AVG Zen installed on an HP/Windows 7 Premium machine.  Ever since installing this product, I have had recurrent BSOD.  I have contacted AVG support at least three times, the second and third of which they had me install a "capture" program to send them all the Windows logs so they could investigate/solve this ongoing issue.  The last time I contacted AVG support, the technician who again captured all the Windows logs stated that the issue would be elevated to the programmers and someone would be in touch with the solution.  That has been what seems like a couple of months now with no reply.  I have been using the computer with AVG Zen disabled without BSOD and during computing last session, enabled AVG Zen.  When waking computer from sleep this AM, noted that the computer had rebooted and got Windows warning that the computer had experienced a BSOD.

AVG states that if they cannot fix your compatibility problem, they will refund your purchase price for the program.  Inasmuch as AVG support is patently non-responsive and BSOD continue, getting real close to that time.  Not sure I would ever buy another AVG product.
