Upon checking the refund request reference that you have provided we see that you have submitted the request on 20th June 2016.
On 24th June 2016, one of our agent has sent you an email saying that AVG support is provided only in English and asked you to explain your request in English so that they can proceed further.
Did you receive that email?
Please check for the email on spam, junk and inbox folders once and if you have the email please reply to it in English and ask them for the refund and provide the order ID or license number so that they can complete the request.
For 13 days I hope to make the reimbursement requested 03484112. How much longer will it take? In principle you say that in only 3 days this resolved and I have already more than a month demanding.

We can certainly understand your concern. Once after you submitted your refund request, our refund team had contacted you via email for your confirmation and they did not get the confirmation. However we have escalated the case and our refund team has successfully processed your refund request. Could you please check for the confirmation email from them and let us know? Thank you.
