On 1/18/2015 I ordered aVG Express Installation, order 29-1670969 and was charged 24.99. When I clicked on blue box, "Redeem Service", it was suppose to take me to a link where I got allow AVG tech. person access to my PC for the Express Installation. I attempted a half dozen times but I was never able to get the link and hook up with the Tech. person to do the installation for me. That being the case, I went to the email from AVG that I received earlier, order # 31-1674559 for $46.99 and clicked on the blue "Download" block and did the installation myself. I am requesting a refund of the $24.99 service that I was not able to use.
