I just posted the issue to Chat and spoke with Sujeetha. From what I understand it seems that I am also paying for a subscription that is no longer active to my account. I would like to get a refund.
However, the question I have also posed to the Chat is this:
I just received a payment confirmation dated November 16, 2021 of 89.99 Euros for an installment of the Avast Premium Security product Order ID (removed1).
I understand that I have already cancelled that product and more importantly, I subscribed and paid on June 22, 2021 €139.99 for a two-year subscription to the Avast Ultimate product Order ID # (removed). I understand that this product also includes premium security.
I believe I am entitled to a refund of 89.99 euros paid through Paypal.

We can really understand you concern. If you need refund for AVG subscription, we will help you to resolve it here. But, as you need refund for Avast products, we request you to reach Avast support as soon as possible.
Thanks for the advice and the link. Too bad though that I am coming from there. They are the ones who suggested me to ask you (support.avg.com) to get the information that the avast chat couldn't give me. Obviously I'll try again with the chat but it's not a good start and certainly doesn't speak in favor of the seriousness of the avg-avast couple.
