Refund for AVG Internet Security Multiple Device

I cancelled my subscription with AVG but was charged with another subscription I don't recall adding onto my account. I asked for a refund on May 16, 2024, and was told I'd be refunded. My AVG account even says I was refunded but the money never showed back up in my bank account. Can you please help me fix this?
