Hi Can you help me please, I want a refund for my AVG Tuneup, which I asked to be cancelled a couple of weeks after downloading it.
I’ve been trying to communicate with AVG since starting the Tuneup trail in August and the initial email from AVG was the only email that I’ve ever received from AVG.
I tried to cancel my trial after a couple of weeks because it messed up a lot of my old computer. I couldn’t login to AVG to cancel and I didn’t receive any change of password emails either. I contacted my ISP and they also didn’t receive them.
I sent this eamil via Gmail as my emails don’t get through.
I emailed AVG several times and let them know the problem and asked them to cancel my free trail, but received no notification. My Paypal payment couldn’t be cancelled so it was paid to AVG on 20 October
