Refund needed please

Hi I was billed £74.99 for a Multi Device subscription, something I don't need and haven't given permission for.  I am  trying to contact customer services but the site is continually down.  How do I process a refund please.

HI Iwas billed for a service that Idid not request and I would like for my account to be credited with the amount that was charged.
