I was advised by my guru to go to support bla bla but there is no method to make your request known there.

I did not realize I had two programs running untill you send an overview. I should not have ordered this program.
The other tune up program runs out in December 2016, can I use this money to pay for the december extension payment??? Plse speak to me, thank you Opa Verbokkem
