My A.V.G.has been renewed without my knowledge I did not know that you were able to keep my card details on file or that it is legal to do so
Anyway I was not pleased with the paid version of the product as to fix a problem I would have to pay more money so I would like a full refund of my money as soon as possible as its only a few days since I started it
I am trying for a refund online but am not successful I have logged into my account that is O.K so I am writing a request Looking forward to a speedy and successful response
