Hi,Today I was informed that I automaticly got an purchase for 10 devices. I didnt want a subscription and the only other option to refund besides the refund button in the purchase history (that does not exist in my case) is to contact support that is not sending me any formular or email I could fill out to request a full refund!

Contact the AVG business page on Facebook messenger and request it there, that’s how I got a hold of them. Make sure its through messenger, not on their actual Facebook page
