Refund request rejected stating outside of 30 days- but it's not

I purchased a subscription for AVG Antivirus & Security Ultimate and AVG Cleaner Premium Annual only 2 days ago.
 Received automated responses to my refund requests stating the refund requests were received after the 30-day money-back guarantee period, making them ineligible for a refund.
I haven't been able to get in touch with Customer Support.
 Who can I send the requests to and avoid more automated rejection emails?
