Refund request & subscription cancellation

Dear AVG Community,

I am writing to request an urgent, full refund for the automatic annual renewal of my AVG Internet Security subscription.

  • Amount Charged: 93.99 EUR / £84.52

  • Renewal Date: October 4, 2025

I did not intend to renew this subscription, as the product is not needed. I understand I am slightly outside the 30-day refund guarantee period (by one day).

However, I must emphasize a critical fact: the paid service has not been used at all since the renewal. I have checked my account dashboard, and all usage reports show zero activity (0 scans).

Given that I received no service for this charge, and the delay in my request is minimal, I kindly ask that you review my case as an exception and process a full refund immediately to the original payment method.

I have also sent a request via Facebook Messenger. Please confirm receipt of this email and the initiation of the refund process.
