I think I now need your help, I completed a refund form a few minutes ago, and I think I may have given them the incorrect information.    The tiscali a/c is not in use.
Would be grateful for yourt help.

My a/c shows I have no subscriptions so why have I received a bill for £46. 99, Product  800-1971756 via my credit card.  I received confirmation of my cancellation subscription 12 August 2017 for my AVG PC TUNE UP

Need not worry, I have informed the refund team to process refund for AVG Internet Security program under the tiscali account.
