Dear Sirs,

 
I just saw on my credit card statement that you have charged me £79.99 in error.
 
I have not requested any services from AVG and I have never agreed to pay you any funds,
 
Please can you look into this and advise by return.

Also it has been impossible to find a telephone number to talk to you !!!!
