Refunding ir amount charged

Do you mean that you haven't received the refund that we processed?

Yes, I did an earlier refund procedure and it was already agreed and thank you for the great service.
Now the case is different: the Avg has been automatically renewed on my computer and the amount is already on my credit card bill.
I did not receive notification via email, advising me of this automatic renewal.
I want to cancel the service and request a refund of the amount.

Lolita, you have another AVG account registered under a different email address (@hotmail.com) than the one you used to contact us here. I have sent you an email requesting the proof of debit to your @Gmail.com address. Please check your inbox and spam box as well for the email and revert with attaching your bank statement to assist you further.
