I apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please try to repair AVG Internet Security and check if that resolve the issue.
To repair your AVG please follow these instructions:
Go to Start -> Control Panel.
Note: Click Settings first if Control Panel is not available in the Start menu.
Open (Programs) -> Programs and Features, or Add or Remove Programs.
Select AVG Internet Security in the list of programs.
Click the Change or Change/Remove button.
Select Repair.
Follow the instructions on your screen to complete the installation.
Restart your computer.
My laptop toolbar indicates a safety problem: AVG is old and needs updating. When I go to the AVG cockpit and press Update, it looks like the process is starting but after 2 seconds it stops and the 'update' button reappears. Press it again, same result. What is wrong?
