Jefferson, For removal info have you 'googled' remove Reg Pro Cleaner?..

Yes…but there are a LOT of sites out there that want me to download their utility to remove the Reg Pro Cleaner malware. How can I know which (if any!) of these are legitimate cleanup offers…and which are malware attacks themselves? Would YOU download and run a program without any knowledge of its provenance? I don't dare!
Every now and then, a program called "Reg Pro Cleaner" pops up on my PC. (Windows 7.) When I click on the close box, nothing happens: I have to use task manager to kill it. I've looked to see if I can uninstall it, but it doesn't seem to be installed. If it is, it may be under a false name.
Any way to get rid of the damned thing?
Hi Jefferson,
I recommend start with uninstalling all unknown/unused programs and browser addons.
Thanks
