It seems that you are receiving campaign popups to purchase the AVG PC TuneUp.
You can turn off the popups from your AVG program.
Open AVG Internet Security, click Menu -> Settings -> General -> Personal Privacy. Uncheck 'Show offers for other AVG products', 'Shows offers for 3rd party products' and click OK to save the settings.
Let us know if the issue persists.
Regarding the activation, you can verify it from your AVG program.
Open AVG Internet security -> My AVG-> My Subscription -.> Expiration date (2020.8.28)
