You have purchased the license for AVG Internet Security (3 computers) and AVG PC TuneUp (3 computers).
When you log into AVG my account, do you see any option as "My Products"?
If yes, click on it and check whether you are able to see both the license detail.
If not, provide the screenshot of AVG my account page where you see the subscriptions to assist further.
Share the screenshot through the email that we have sent now.
Are you getting any error while installing AVG PC TuneUp?

I am a customer of two of your products: AVG PC TuneUp and AVG Internet Security
These two products are not listed in My Subscriptions. Also i cannot register PC Tuneup anymore. Please tell me what to do
