Registered phone disappeared from account

I had 2 devices registered to my account- a Samsung Galaxy S4 and an S5. I lost the S4 and used AVG Mobile Security every couple of weeks to check if the S4 had been switched on. I recently logged onto my account and now I only have the S5 as a registered device. . Can you tell me how the S4 registration has been removed?

I had 2 phones registered. When I checked my account recently, one of them, has gone. How can I find out how and when it was deleted from my account?

Thank you, Gerry.  Please click on the following link (http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.
