Davi, Please click on the following link (http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your device and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. The AVG team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

I have a Nexus 7 Android device and downloaded AVG Free just to test it out. I activated the Anti-theft and have read just about all of the explanations on how to locate my device if it is stolen. However, after logging in, it keeps asking me to "Register My Device" I see no place to do that. I deleted AVG and reloaded it and the same thing happens. Stuck!!!
