Reinstall Win10 - Pro Version didnt Work :(

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We request you to follow the below mentioned instructions once:
1) Please open AVG Zen interface and click on the email address that is displayed.
2) Click on "Log out as admin" and again click on the same place where you had the email address. Select "leave this network"
3) Once you have come out for the network. Please click on the same place and select "connect to an existing network"
4) Enter the AVG  my account username and password and click on connect.

Please restart your PC once and check whether the trial notices appear of TuneUp.

i reinstall Win 10 Pro 64 Bit for 3 Days.

After the reinstall i install TuneUp from my AVG Account.
Now the TuneUp sad :
Ur Trial isnt Work - buy here for 1 Year :((

My abo from ProVersion from TuneUp  ends in 2018 …

What can i Do ???
