Having sent out a letter to AVG France, the day before, I received a detailed reply as to how to proceed and a link to the different TuneUp Utilites downloads concerning the 2014 version by Olivier Michaud of partenaires@avg.com.

I bought TuneUp Utilities 2014 through a special offer on the 3rd of April,2015 through Cleverbridge/AVG ECommerce CY, Ltd for 29.95 euros (reference 72784233) and received a license for 3 machines and a curious validity date of 1/01/2021.
However, I could not find the link online to install the program on two other machines so I unfortunately accepted the link in my mail to update to AVG PC TuneUp Utilites 2015 and received a new key. Now I realise that I'm on a trial version and that does not recognize the new key and I have no way to re-install the original program.
My account shows TuneUp Utilities 2014 with the original key while the program on my machine shows AVG PC TuneUp Utilities 2015 with a license accorded in the info tab though the advertissement for AVG PC Utilities 2015 continues.
A chat with an AVG agent informed me of the difference between the two programs and why the subcription and sale history tabs on my account are blank.
What worries me is that she told me that the license was accorded on January 1st,2015 and not 3rd April,2015 which cancels the guarantee of a 30 day reimbursement. How can this be??
I would like to use what I bought i.e. TuneUp Utilities but the AVG PC Utilities 2015 program is the only link available .
Can you help me please. I feel that I paid for a program that I can't use without advertissemnts telling me that the trial WILL BE OVER IN 4 DAYS and there is no link on the automatic mail to claim reimbursement to start afresh meaning that AVG is forcing me to pay twice to use its products.
