Reinstalling AVG Internet Security 2015

Did you get any error message while activating your AVG?

I recently had AVG Internet Security 2015 stop updating.  I uninstalled the program and reinstalled.  It will no longer accept my activation code.  What now?

We will check with it. 
Open AVG Internet Security -> My AVG -> My Subscription -> Log out and remove license (if available) -> Enter your license number and check the status. 
Your subscription is registered under the email address "bxxxxxb@bell.net". 
AVG My Account for this email address is not yet created so we recommend you to create your AVG My Account: https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Create-AVG-MyAccount manually and check it.

No I did not.  I am also still being billed for my subscription, but when I log onto the website it claims that I have no subscriptions!  Thus, I appear to be paying for nothing.  Where do I go from here?
