I did capture the log file. how can I get it to you?

the message says"unknown issue prevented Internet Security from installing"

I purchased the performance upgrade and receive error installing that directed me to uninstall with the remover.  Ran that process then tried to reinstall antivirus and received this error.

To get it fixed, we request you to run AVG remover tool and then install AVG Ultimate to get it fixed.
To run AVG remover tool follow the below steps :

Accept the license agreement and then choose AVG Product and remove it.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.

I only recently purchased your protection software… Did the trial for the performace module. it expired, i purchased and attempted to download.  I received the error installing the tune up, ran the clean up… was installing protection again… then the touble started…
